About the Festival
What is the Tanabata Festival?
It is an annual school festival held around July at Keio University's Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC).
Since the founding of SFC, the festival has been held with the cooperation of people both on and off campus.
While it is a school festival, it also has the character of a local summer festival, and is attended by many local residents as well as students.
About This Year's Theme
The stories, the feelings, and the unforgettable scenes that unfold
at the Tanabata Festival, like the stars sparkling across the Milky Way,
cast an everlasting light behind our eyelids. Somewhere in a starry sky you will gaze upon someday, may the memories of this one summer twinkle on.
Message from the Representative
Welcome to the 37th Tanabata Festival.
This year's theme is "Twinkle." We have poured into it our wish that the stories and feelings woven at the Tanabata Festival,
like the stars twinkling in the night sky, will continue to shine in your heart forever.
The Tanabata Festival is at once a school festival and a festival that lives and breathes alongside the local community. The passion of students, the bright smiles of children,
and the warm support of the local community. We carefully weave together those fleeting yet beautiful moments.
May this festival, which passes in an instant, become a "light" that remains for a lifetime.

History of the Tanabata Festival
~A Tanabata Festival of Continual Challenge and Evolution~
The Tanabata Festival has flexibly adapted to changes in the times and in society, continually searching for the form best suited to each moment. From online events and the introduction of new technologies, to redesigning how people can take part, we have not merely continued to hold the festival, but have evolved through continually asking ourselves what kind of Tanabata Festival can be enjoyed by even more people? These efforts have been made possible by the creativity and initiative of our students, together with the cooperation of everyone who supports us.
〜現在の七夕祭へ〜
近年は再びキャンパスに人が集うお祭りとしての魅力をあらためて育みながら以前にも増
して開かれたイベントとして発展しています。「栞」をテーマに掲げ、開催された第36回
七夕祭は、多くの笑顔と活気に包まれ、七夕祭の歩みに新たな一頁を刻む機会となりまし
た。実行委員や参加団体、地域の皆さま、そして来場者の方々が一体となって七夕祭をつ
くり上げるという想いのもと、ステージ企画や教室展示、模擬店、地域連携企画など多様
なコンテンツがキャンパス全体を彩りました。さらに、伝統的な花火や縁日、浴衣での盆
踊りといった夏祭りらしい空気感を大切にしながら、新しい表現や企画にも挑戦し、世代
を超えて楽しめるお祭りとして毎年多くの方にご来場いただいています。
About the Tanabata Festival
七夕祭とは
毎年７月頃に慶應義塾大学湘南藤沢キャンパス（SFC）で
開催される学園祭です。
SFC設立当初からキャンパス内外のみなさまから
ご協力いただき開催されています。
学園祭でありながら地域のお祭りという側面も有し、
学生のみならず地域の方々にも多くお越しいただいて
おります。
代表挨拶
ようこそ、第37回七夕祭へ。
今年のテーマは「瞬き」。
七夕祭で紡がれる物語や想いが、
夜空に瞬く星たちのように、
いつまでも心に灯り続けますよう願いを込めました。
七夕祭は、学園祭であると同時に、
地域とともに息づくお祭りです。
学生の熱い想い、子どもたちの明るい笑顔、
そして地域の皆様方の温かな支え。
儚くも美しいその一瞬を、
私たちは大切に紡いでいきます。
一瞬で過ぎるこのお祭りが、
一生に残る「光」となりますように。

~Toward the Tanabata Festival of Today~
In recent years, while rediscovering the appeal of a festival that once again brings people together on campus, the Tanabata Festival has developed into an event more open than ever before.
The 36th Tanabata Festival, held under the theme "Bookmark,"
was filled with smiles and lively energy, marking a new chapter in the festival's history.
Guided by the spirit of building the festival together—committee members, participating organizations, the local community, and visitors all as one—
diverse content including stage performances, classroom exhibits, mock stalls, and community-collaboration projects
brought color to the entire campus.
Furthermore, while cherishing the summer-festival atmosphere of traditional fireworks, Ennichi stalls, and Bon-odori in yukata,
we also took on new forms of expression and new projects,
welcoming many visitors each year as a festival that can be enjoyed across generations.

七夕祭に広がる物語、想い、忘れられない光景が、
天の川に煌めく星たちのように、瞼の裏に消えぬ灯りをうつす。
いつか観る星空のどこかに、このひと夏の思い出が瞬きますように。
