Important notice regarding participation for the Tanabata Festival

We are pleased to announce that the 35th Tanabata Festival is scheduled to take place this year on Saturday, July 6, and Sunday, July 7. Accordingly, we will be accepting applications for participation in the Tanabata Festival from March 18 to April 14. Applicants will be required to apply for one or more of the three following projects: the stage project, the booth/stall project, and the classroom project.

Comprehensive details regarding participation guidelines and required documents will be provided through the following Open Chat (LINE) group. Interested groups are encouraged to join via the provided link below.

Those meeting the following criteria are eligible for participation:

● Organizations listed on “Keio University: Official Student Groups”
○ Authorized student groups
○ Unauthorized student groups
○ Parent organizations
○ Welfare organizations
● Students, faculty, and staff belonging to Shonan Fujisawa Campus
● Groups and individuals in fellowship with the Shonan Festival Planning Committee
○ This criteria applies to those with a record of firm interaction with the Shonan Festival Planning Committee, and are also authorized by the Student Life Committee through the recommendation of both the Shonan Festival Planning Committee Representative and Executive Director. Organizations and individuals belonging to campuses other than the Shonan Fujisawa Campus may also be included.
